The Salvation Army in St. Louis, after working with Disaster Emergency Services, LLC – Construction System Management’s sister company, asked CSM to assist them in the role of Owner’s Agent for their complex maintenance and repair problems. A few of their buildings in the central part of STL City had a number of maintenance and repair issues that CSM worked with the team there to resolve with our network of trade companies and subcontractors. CSM’s projects have allowed the team at The Salvation Army to continue focusing on their organization’s mission while their maintenance and construction repair were handled under their direction by CSM. CSM continues to assist The Salvation Army when necessary, taking into account their unique business needs related to their core nonprofit mission.
