Hailing from a family in the construction industry, Ben started his career as a Union laborer working on large commercial projects and later became a skilled finisher, focusing on bathrooms and kitchens. After numerous projects working for others where he learned all aspects of building sciences through real-life experience, Ben founded BDavis Remodeling & Construction which assisted homeowners and some commercial clients in nearly every home repair and remodeling service imaginable including additions to existing residences. Ben cofounded Disaster Emergency Services, LLC, CSM’s sister company, in 2022 with Andrew Polacek and co-founded Construction Systems Management, LLC in 2024 after being consistently asked by clients of DES to provide owner’s agent and general contracting services.
After an eleven year career in investment banking in private equity in New York City, Los Angeles, and San Francisco where he gained experience managing portfolio companies and dealing with complex business problems, Andy joined what became and Inc5000 company in Tulsa, OK which grew at 300% a year during his tenure, revenue that he was 60% responsible for. Andy started working with Ben in 2019 on the side in construction and home improvement projects at BDavis and in 2022 co-founded Disaster Emergency Services, LLC, CSM’s sister company, in 2022 with Ben Davis and co-founded Construction Systems Management, LLC in 2024 after being consistently asked by clients of DES to provide owner’s agent and general contracting services after a positive experience with DES.
