The baby boomer generation is retiring and the baton is not always being picked up as it should by the younger generations in family run companies. 

Many property owners and operators are finding it hard to get call backs, bids or estimates provided by more than one tradesman. Projects are not being planned properly considering all the various legal, regulatory, safety, complexities, and other issues that need to be accounted for as there is not commonly someone with the skillset, knowledge, and experience to do so.
